Oversee the overall planning, development, and expansion of sales channels for new energy passenger vehicles in Europe (core EU countries and key potential markets); formulate channel expansion strategies and implementation plans to build a diversified channel network, including dealerships, agents, and direct-sale stores.
Connect with local European auto dealers, automotive retail groups, and industry partners; conduct business negotiations and sign agreements to select high-quality partners, build long-term, stable relationships, and increase regional coverage and market penetration.
Manage, empower, and evaluate existing channel partners on a daily basis; establish channel operational standards, sales policies, and incentive mechanisms; guide partners in vehicle sales and marketing initiatives to ensure sales targets are met.
Research dynamics in the European EV market, competitor channel layouts, local sales policies, and consumer demand; optimize operational strategies and resolve commercial, operational, and marketing challenges in channel partnerships.
Coordinate the collection, analysis, and review of channel sales data; set sales targets, track progress, and report operational outcomes and expansion progress to senior leadership.
Maintain the local partnership ecosystem in Europe; coordinate resource allocation between the company and partners, as well as among partners, to boost collaboration loyalty and brand reputation.
Requisitos
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Automotive Engineering, International Trade, Business Management, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in channel management or dealer network development in the European automotive industry; EV channel expansion experience is preferred.
In-depth understanding of European auto market regulations, EU and local country automotive policies, dealership networks, and channel operating models. Possession of local European channel resources is a strong plus.
Outstanding commercial negotiation, resource integration, and team management skills; capable of independently driving channel development, contract negotiations, and channel network construction; strong market insight and strategy formulation skills.
Fluent in English (proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Proficiency in European languages such as German, French, or Spanish is preferred. Willingness to travel within Europe.
Familiarity with EV product characteristics, European EV subsidy policies, and market demands. Highly goal-oriented with strong stress tolerance and problem-solving skills.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills, familiarity with European business customs, highly rigorous, responsible, and execution-driven.
