Job Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and inventory control for original EV passenger vehicle spare parts in Europe; build an efficient supply network to guarantee parts availability across all service outlets.

• Formulate spare parts procurement plans and inventory control strategies; calculate demand forecasts, negotiate with domestic and international suppliers on pricing, track orders, and perform quality inspections to ensure supply timeliness and part quality.

• Manage local European spare parts warehouses; standardize inbound/outbound handling, storage, and auditing procedures to optimize inventory structure, minimize stockouts, prevent excess inventory, and control operational costs.

• Coordinate the regional logistics network by partnering with local European logistics providers to optimize delivery routes and turnaround times, ensuring rapid delivery to repair centers.

• Establish spare parts sales, pricing, and settlement policies; interface with service outlets and partners to handle orders and billing, improving supply efficiency and partner satisfaction.

• Analyze inventory levels, procurement costs, consumption rates, and fulfillment times; optimize supply chain workflows and build an information management system for end-to-end parts tracking.

• Enforce quality control standards and maintain compliance with EU automotive component regulations, handling any defective parts or supply chain disruptions promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. 4+ years of experience in spare parts or supply chain management in the European automotive industry; EV experience is preferred.

• Sound knowledge of the European auto parts market, procurement channels, logistics networks, warehouse operations, and EU regulatory/quality standards for automotive components.

• Proven track record in supplier negotiation, inventory control, logistics coordination, and cost optimization; proficient in inventory and supply chain management software/ERP systems.

• Proficient in English with strong commercial communication and vendor management skills; willingness to travel within Europe. Established connections with local logistics and warehousing resources are preferred.

• Detail-oriented, highly structured, data-driven, and adept at cost and risk control.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work seamlessly with after-sales and finance teams to maintain a smooth supply chain operation.
